Ms. McCartney wore laser-cut thigh-highs of her own design to the National Resources Defense Council of America benefit last night, where she won an award for her eco-friendly designs.
Is she working it? Is she owning it? Or is she being schooled by Bai Ling?
I love hers, but not with that dress!
