Stephanie Pratt and fashion designer Yana K met up at Joan's on Third in West Hollywood the other day, and Spencer's little sister took the opportunity to show off her long legs in a sexy striped frock and flats. But maybe next time she could tone the spray tan down a few notches? Homegirl is looking a wee bit orange here!
