..but does she really need it? Spencer's sis Stephanie Pratt shopped at Valerie, a beauty shop in Bev Hills, over the weekend because - apparently - she didn't have enough makeup on her face already!

she is SOOOOOO PRETTY , and what if she doesn't have a talent!!!! omgg you hater, she's not prettending to be an actress, it's a reality show, not a movie, i bet ugly horsed face heidi wishes she look this good, heidi is a very unfortunate looking bimbo, and she has no talent whatsoever, and yet she tries SO hard to sing, and she once said that she would like to win an oscar, she's ridiculous, and on the other hand, this girl is related to spencer (what a shame!) but is pretty, and looks like a nice girl, i don't know her but i'm basing on what i see on tv. she's not annoying, come on people, don't hate her for being famous and living the good life (and looking pretty damn good)
