Stephanie Pratt: My DUI Was "A Blessing"

After spending 4 hours in jail, crying her eyes out and then going into hiding for two weeks, Stephanie Pratt is finally speaking out about her DUI. Spencer's little sister stopped by Voyeur last night for the Maxim/Ubisoft launch of Assassin’s Creed II, and she told reporters that she's "never been happier."

While Stephanie seems to be handling all the drama pretty well, we can't help but notice how different she looks here ... and we're not just talking about her lips!

Is it just us, or has she lost even more weight?

You all are so quick to judge! I am sure she means a "blessing" because no one was hurt and perhaps has learned her lesson before it got worse!!
I believe if you are a young adult growing up in the party scene in any city you have driven over the legal limit at one point or another... It is only a matter of time until you get caught if you do this... People are just hypocrites and have no right to act all holyer than thou!
