I think this shows Suri's character. Suri is strong and independent, great qualities to have and displayed by a little child.
I don't think Ben and Jen Garner's kid, the oldest Violet could do this at all, she is always on mommy's arm.
Back to Suri, I just hope next time she goes out alone like that, these crazy paparazzis won't scream her name out loud trying to get her to look up so they can get their money shot.

Excuse me, but the paps were called. Give me a break people. Katie wasn't there and the paps had no idea that Suri would come out by herself UNLESS someone tipped them off. Katie and Tom know full well if they want to escape the paps in NYC there are a ton of ways to do so. Other stars, politicians, sports folks etc all do it. TomKat glories in the pap pics and they have absolutely no problem in pimping out Suri to get more pictures of themselves splashed all over the Internet.

I find it quite disturbing how Katie carries her around as if she were a baby. Perhaps she is desperate for another baby and can't get pregnant, so she channels her desire by being in denial that Suri is no longer a baby??

Katie is not carrying her around like a baby. If you were a parent and had 50+ people closely around you shoving camera's in your face and yelling you would hold your child too. It's a protective instinct thing. Also, as far as her carrying her while she is sleeping. You apparently have never moved a sleeping child.

Don't be so quick to judge.

As far as the paps stalking children....DISGUSTING!!! There NEEDS to be a law against this.

Gosh, these are pictures showing psychological torture.
The kid is scared to dead and the guard seems not to be allowed to touch her, otherwise why isn't she holding his hand or carried by him.
Oh i wished her parents were questionned severely by child care for all the weird things they allow (or want) to happen to her.
She looks scared, very lonely, onderweight and in a too vulnerable position for a child of that age. Shame on you Katie and Tom!!!

For those who still think these situations are normal for Suri: look at her toes. It is not the first time the kid cramps her toes, or stretches them to the extreme, like she does both in the pictures where Katie carries her.
It's a proved sign of extreme stress and maybe even fear. What a caring parents, aren't they.. for gowd's sake... They should be put under the same extreme conditions but then in adult modus, to make them realise what they do while abusing their PR-child.

I have a three-year-old daughter and I can't imagine letting her walk around on her own without one of her parents, or a babysitter. Even a babysitter! Where is Tom? Where is Katie? Where is the nanny? She is TOO YOUNG to be left alone in the hands of a bodyguard!!!!

Suri loves the attention as much as her creepy parents. She needs a good hard whoopin'. This brat is a huge bitch.
