Courtney Love 2.0!

Taylor Momsen was surprisingly super-friendly in Paris today, waving hello to photogs and shaking hands with fans. Someone's in a good mood! Maybe because the former Gossip Girl star is reportedly being considered for a judging spot on X-Factor.

The Pretty Reckless singer and her band will play at the Download Festival in England in June.

Yesterday Simon Cowell announced that record exec/producer L.A. Reid will be joining him at the judges table when X Factor premieres this fall, but now a new report claims that one of the other seats will be filled by none other than controversial Pretty Reckless singer/ex-Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen!

Apparently producers of the hit Brit show think Momsen are attracted to Momsen's "young, hip and edgy” sensibilities, and told Celebuzz they think she'd be perfect for the show.

But Momsen just left her lucrative role on television in order to concentrate on making music and touring with her band. Would she even consider going back now right when her music career is really taking off?

Other names mentioned to fill one of the spots next to Simon are Paula Abdul, Jessica Simpson, Nicole Scherzinger and Cheryl Cole.

Taylor Momsen may be absent from one of our fave CW shows, Gossip Girl, but her scandalous fashion sense has still got people talking!

When castmate Jessica Szohr was spotted out with gal pals in West Hollywood last night, a photog asked her if Momsen showed up to the New York set in lingerie.

Jessica just smiled and said emphatically "I love her!"

Taylor Momsen is gearing up to become a major rock 'n' roll star!

Official tour dates for The Pretty Reckless' first headline tour have just been announced, and it looks like the band's hitting up a ton of venues across the country. Go Taylor!

The former Gossip Girl star is kicking off her tour February 11, in LA, and will wrap it up in Connecticut March 20. This will give Momsen fans a chance to hear her sing live, as the rock princess usually performs exclusively in LA.

We can't wait to see our favorite party girl kill it on stage. We bet Madonna and daughter Lourdes will make an appearance at her NYC show!

Taylor Momsen looks gorgeous in this new commercial for John Galliano's latest fragrance, Parlez-moi d'amour.

The 17-year-old rockstar is not only the face of the new perfume, but she's also singing the featured song, You. We love it!

Mr. Galliano was able to convince the Gossip Girl cutie to ease up on her hardcore appearance for the shoot. We knew there was a beauty underneath all that eye makeup.

After watching the commercial, it's no wonder why Taylor was chosen!

Taylor Momsen performed in Glasgow with The Pretty Reckless the other night, but rather than hundreds of enthusiastic fans screaming for their favorite eyeliner enthusiast, the 17-year-old actress/rocker got booed!

Momsen told the audience they were "the craziest crowd in the whole of England," but she didn't realize until after the set that Glasgow was actually in Scotland. Whoops! A few hours later T-Mom tweeted, "Glasgow, I love you, I now HAVE to tour SCOTLAND (haha, sorry bout the slip up!)," but her fans are still pretty pissed about the incident.

One fan told The Daily Record, "I think she needs to go back to school for geography lessons. There really isn't any excuse. Surely someone backstage could have said something to her." Oh dear!

Taylor Momsen and the Pretty Reckless performed at the Wulfrun Hall in Wolverhampton, England last night, and the 17-year-old Gossip Girl starlet turned rocker left little to the imagination when she took the stage in a bra and a pathetic excuse for a shirt. Eh, that's the Taylor we know and love so we're not judging -- as long as she keeps on producing quality music and giving hilarious quotes in interviews, we're all for it!

Taylor Momsen was spotted leaving her London hotel this morning, and even though she might be hiding a serious case of the raccoon eyes under her oversize shades, she stayed away from Xtina's clown lipstick when she put on her face this morning.

So what other trouble has the Gossip Girl star turned rocker been getting into lately? In a recent interview with The Guardian, Taylor reveals she's an advocate for uh, touching yourself. "I'm a promoter of masturbation," she told the paper. "Don't sleep around – learn yourself first! Guys do, but girls don't. And that's why girls have so many bad experiences." Taylor added, "You can know your body, know yourself, know what feels good. You don't have to give yourself away just to have sexual relevance. Because I don't think sex is something people should be afraid of. It's part of human nature, so I don't think it should be so shameful – particularly for girls and young girls."
