I saw her last night in NYC at the Whole Foods on Houston. She was buying a lot of expensive cheese. The cashier told her that she liked her on Gossip Girl and she replied, "Thanks, but I'm trying to get off that show." Then she left quickly. I hope miss spoiled gets what she wants.

X17 - so by posting the story you acknowledge the fact that this is inappropriate for a 16 yr old and that it is illegal, but you then you turn around and justify her behavior with "I guess that's one of the perks of starring on Gossip Girl - you can get away with it!".
You guys do a real disservice to young people who look at your site and believe this behavior is okay as long as your a celebrity.

I don't see why her smoking is such a big deal. She isn't out there saying she wants to be some role model to anyone and to be honest, she's just being a normal 16 year old girl. I know plenty of girls and guys that bought and smoked cigarettes before they were 18 so it's not like she's the first one to do it ever. And you've got to give her some credit because you aren't seeing candids of her falling over drunk at a club every other week or having her nudes leaked multiple times
