Taylor is beautiful,but i think she's not talented like a singer who's in the top,she doesn't have stage presence,can't perform live,has a weak personality and is very boring,common.She's only "famous" because of Kanie West.She's a common singer like many bars singers around and her voice isn't that incredible,it's okay,but not perfect.She's not a bad singer,but thousands of unknown(not famous) people can sing better than her...that's the reality.She's not bad,but not the best singer around.Lack of real talent...her beauty and youth made her "famous".
She's almost invisible on stage and as a person.Taylor is not the best singer around.Anyone can become "famous" like her with an average voice like hers.

i agree w/chris. taylor is horrible and the one time i seen her perform live (i think it was a duet w/stevie nicks) she bombed big time!! chris has the balls to tell the truth - alot of musicians probably agree but its not "cool" or should i say "politically correct" to come out and say it in the media. i remember when she cleaned up at the country music awards was horrified! i'm sure all the country music stars agree - it was just a taylor swift faze. btw, she is not friendly at all and comes across as being full of herself!

Do a Google search with her name, and "Auto Tune Live" as the search terms..........those in the music industry know she's one of the biggest phonies to come along in 30 years.

i'm not going to lie, i love taylor's songs. and i think she's an adorable girl. but i took my 6 year old (who pretty much idols taylor and better her than lindsay lohan) to see her in concert and i wanted nothing more than to plug my ears and try to drown out her voice. she's a terrible singer. she can't stay on key to save her life. yes, i am aware that she's won tons of awards and great for her, but that doesn't change the fact that she really can't sing live at all.

Swift made it to where she is because of the incredibly clever and poetic songs she's pumped out one after another for the past four years. Her voice is weak, but her intelligence and talent as a songwriter matches or surpasses the best songwriters in Nashville today.
