Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans got breast implant surgery last month, and now she's showing off the sexy results in a new twitpic. That's one way to spend your MTV money!

Critics slammed the 20-year-old after she was photographed post-op on a beach, looking a little larger than normal. Rumors swirled that she was pregnant again with on-again love Gary Head's baby, but the North Carolina native gave the straight story on the micro-blogging site.

"No I'm not pregnant. No, I'm not fat. Check out my bathing suit. I love it. So bright!" she captioned her bikini snapshot.

The troubled teen star has publicly struggled with balancing parenting duties, which is why she's taking precautions to make sure another little one isn't on the way. "I have birth control in my arm -- it's called Implanon," she wrote.

We guess she's not looking to star on the show's upcoming season!
