How romantic/awkward!

Terrence Howard may have to pay his estranged wife $50,000 for spousal support and legal fees, but that's not stopping him from hitting the town with a new ladylove!

The Red Tails actor and a mystery brunette were spotted smooching outside of Beso in Hollywood last night, and it seems like he's forgotten all about the abuse and assassination allegations from his last marriage. According to court testimony, Terrence claimed that his soon-to-be ex-wife Michelle threatened to have him killed by "Russian friends who would do it as a favor," and she stated that he beat her up just one week after they got married.

Terrence now has 30 days to pony up the court-ordered payment, which includes money for temporary spousal support ($10,000), legal fees ($20,000), accounting costs ($20,000) and funds to pay off her Range Rover ($1,800/month). And after the divorce is finalized, he may owe her even more -- this is just holding money!



Terrence Howard stopped by Fred Segal the other day, and we wanted to comment on how dapper he looked, but then we noticed his freakishly long nails. We know he's a stickler for personal hygiene, so don't you think this cat would take the time to trim his claws?

And what's even WORSE is that his nails appear to be meticulously shaped and filed...which leads us to believe that he actually likes them long! Bleh.

Apparently somebody told Terrence Howard and T.I. that defending Chris Brown was perhaps just a little offensive.

Your mind was probably kinda blown when Terrence described the incident as "just life, man" before adding, "Rihanna knows he loves her." While T.I. said Chris was "cool" and that fans shouldn't "expect [entertainers] not to make mistakes because we will."

Now, both are backing away from their earlier statements, saying they didn't know all the facts at the time. Wow, ya think?!?!

"When [reporters] asked me about Chris Brown the other day, I was in no way aware of what he had been accused of," Howard said in a statement to E! News.

"Had I known, I would have never had said something so insensitive."

And T.I. issued a statement saying he "made a mistake of commenting before understanding the situation."

We've heard that Terence Howard can be a bit full of himself (and then there was the whole uh, baby wipes thing), but the Iron Man star looked downright sweet and cuddly when we spotted him in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon!

Who knew Terence had a softer side?!

Paris partied for a cause in Spain this last week - in Mallorca to attend the "Playing for Good Foundation Philanthropic 2007 Ceremony", the heiress was invited to take the stage to play with legendary percussionist Sheila E...and Chaka Kahn! Luckyyyyyyy!

But it wasn't all fun and games, as Paris was there to lend her name to the good cause. After the three-day-summit, Paris touched down briefly in LA, and jetted off to Toronto to begin shooting her new film, Repo!: The Genetic Opera!, a horror/musical. (Insert obvious joke here.)
