Ashley Herbert Named The New Bachelorette

Hours after we saw Brad Womack propose to Emily Maynard, third place finisher Ashley Herbert was named as the new Bachelorette.
The 26-year-old dental student was obviously sad she wasn't the last woman standing, but when Herbert appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night to make the announcement, she said, "I think it all worked out for the best."
She also made a vow to Kimmel, to "promise, on national television, to date 25 men simultaneously without complaining? Do you promise to make sure the hot tubs are clean and have enough chlorine and their bacteria levels are low?"
Herbert said, "I'll do my best with that!"
The new season of The Bachelorette begins on May 23rd.
Ashley was often jealous of the other women in the house. But now it's her turn to make the men jealous! Do you think she was a good pick?
