Florida Highway Patrol Says "Charges Are Pending" In Tiger Woods Case

Officials declined to say whether or not the charges would be against Woods himself, or his wife, Elin Nordegren, who is rumored to be the one responsible for the lacerations Tiger suffered early Friday morning.
"Contrary to various media reports, the Florida Highway Patrol has not made any comments regarding the details of the ongoing crash investigation involving Tiger Woods as it related to medical information, or any other aspect of this investigation," the FHP said in a statement. "The crash investigation is ongoing and charges are pending."
The FHP has still yet to speak with Nordegren or Woods, who has retained the services of an Orlando attorney.
If found to be at fault, Nordegren could be charged with domestic abuse, whether or not Tiger chooses to press charges.
They should follow the advice of media gurus and just talk already!

You people are as delusional as his wife, she came after him, she scratched his face up, she caused the accident. So put the blame where it goes, it was her who caused the hoopla!! Elin beat the he!! out of Tiger. He is not going to show his face in public until it heals.
"charges are pending" is a legal phrase, which doesn't mean much, as all it is saying is that the case hasn't been resolved yet. Charges are always "pending" until a final report either finds no cause for charges or charges are brought.
Did Elin cause the accident? If there's evidence, and if she obstructed justice by giving conflicting or untrue stories to law enforcement responders, she could be charged. Tiger, not likely.

Seems like money-status does have priority for the rich and famous. They should both be charged for failure to cooperate with the police. There are other ways to deal with INFIDELLITY (if this is the case). It's called DIVORCE COURT. If not, SHAME on Tiger and Elin for not being forthcoming.
People, You do not know the facts about the accident. You are basing all your remarks on what is written by a reporter or some newcaster. Where you there to see the accident. We should not so fast to blame Mr. Wood for nothing other than being a bad driver.
Second: Mr. Wood has the right not to talk to any law enforcement officer about the accident. He is required to give name and insurance information. Mr. Wood, excerise your rights given to you by the Supreme Court.
