Absolutely NOT excessive. It's ridiculous the way you swarm these people. Someone PAID money for that flower pot and I bet it wasn't THAT actor nor the paps that broke it. Would they have offered up to pay up for the flower pot or just kept going in a blur to keep up with the "victim" at hand for that night (the photographee).

Please they need to be controlled and they need to only allow photographs of people at red carpet events or publicly held press conferences. That's the laws they need to pass.
