Report: Katie Holmes Files For Sole Custody Of Daughter Suri

News broke today Katie Holmes has filed for divorce from Tom Cruise, and now various media outlets are reporting the actress has filed for sole legal custody of their 6-year-old daughter Suri.
Holmes filed divorce docs in New York on June 28, citing "irreconciliable differences." The A-list actor is said to be blindsided by his estranged wife's actions. His rep released the following statement:
"Kate has filed for divorce and Tom is deeply saddened and concentrating on his three children. Please allow them their privacy to work this out."
Holmes has also requested primary residential custody.
