No one else notices this but I think the tabloids have it right, I think Katie is pregnant again! That dress looks like one of the same dresses Ashlee Simpson-Wentz wore when she was pregnant. It was one of the early pregnancy dresses. I could be wrong but I don't think so. Katie has worn baggy clothes for a while now or at least clothes that conceal the belly. I guess we'll have to wait and see. By the way Katie is a mom to an almost 3 year old and she's been on Broadway for months without a break so if she looks tired oh well cuz she most likely is tired.
