Tom Cruise Spokesperson On Oscar Boycott Due To Anne Hathaway's SNL Skit: "Not True"

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are not boycotting the Oscars due to Anne Hathaway's Saturday Night Live skit ... in which the Love and Other Drugs star pokes fun at Ms. Holmes.
Cruise's rep says the story is "not true and made up."
The Daily Mail had previously reported "Tom and Katie don't want to have to cross paths with Anne" after Katie watched Hathaway's skit and didn't approve.
The rep adds that the power couple had already made plans to not attend the Oscars even before Hathaway's skit aired on NBC's late night comedy show.
Glad that's cleared up! Sounds like TomKat is taking the high road.

They are "boycotting" due to Kidman being a shoo-in for a nomination for best actress. Don't want to cross paths with her. She'll be seated in the front and Tommy girl being A list would also be seated in front.
Neither Tom nor Katie are really big stars any more. They haven't done anything notable in quite some time. Katie has never been hailed as a great actress, and Tom only knows how to play one role.
Everyone laughs at them and pokes fun at them, I'm sure they are used to it by now and it has nothing to do with either Anne or Nicole.

Not strange that a Hollywood creep like Hathaway would insult a friend. She has a history of poor decision making skills. And it just shows how cheaply friendship is valued in Hollywood, and how wretched its denizens are.
Remember that when these so-called Stars shove their ideology/Charity-of-the-week down your throat.
It was unlikely that Tom would attend the Oscars since he doesn't have a film in contention. It's not a boycott, never was. Big stars usually don't go to these award shows unless they're supporting a project.

This was hilarious!! Tommy boy needs to get a sense of humor. Of course that isn't likely since Scientologists are exactly known for their humor. He's probably already got his slimy attorneys sending threatening letters to Hathaway. Heck the cult even has a few bullies here trying to smear Anne. Typical Scientology.
