First Look At Tom Cruise's Crazy Stunts In Mission: Impossible 4

We already knew Tom Cruise did his own stunts in Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol, and here's our first peek at the 49-year-old actor hanging from buildings and pulling moves straight from the book of Spider-Man.
Cruise scales the Burj Khalifa in Dubai (at over 2,700 feet, it's the tallest structure in the world), and this particular scene was filmed using a helicopter crew along with cameras inside the building.
So while Tom was busy putting his life on the line, what was wife Katie Holmes up to? Click after the jump to see her appearance on the latest episode of How I Met Your Mother!

Not a fan of Cruise, but pretty badass that he does this stuff himself. And the MI movies are very entertaining.
I was in that tower about a year ago. It's very high and swinging in the wind. The stunt he did was extremely brave, I freaked on the observation deck looking down... Never liked him, but a tip my head to him now... BTW Dubai was the best vacation I've ever had!
He might be a f*cking psycho, but you have to admit thats pretty bad ass. Other actors would be stunt doubling the hell out of that!
