she is a little brat, she refuses to wear proper clothing and her parents don't enforce anything. They had the video with katie trying to put a sweater on surie and the kid just took it off, then in this video you can see her slap her mothers hand away when she tries to help her into the suv
Suri is a brat. So spoiled and so rotten by her loonie parents. I used to feel sorry for Katie but not anymore.
