Eva Longoira's ex-hubby Tony Parker has filed a lawsuit against the New York City club and it's operators for $20 million, after he suffered a scratched retina due to Chris Brown and Drake’s brawl over Rihanna last Wednesday.

The San Antonio Spurs player filed the suit in State Supreme Court in Manhattan on Thursday, which states the W.i.P club in SoHo and its operators were lacking in security and supervision, which is why the fight was able to take place.

At least eight people were sent to the emergency room after the brawl, including Chris Brown, his girlfriend and his bodyguard, and the NYPD say members of Drake’s entourage stopped Brown as he was leaving, and the fight escalated after bottles were thrown.

The fight reportedly started when Brown sent Drake a butte of champagne to his table as a peace offering since they had both dated Rihanna, and Drake sent it back with a note that read: "I am f******* the love of your life."

Brown and Drake have decided not to press charges.

Two months after gorgeous wife Eva Longoria filed for divorce from Tony Parker, who allegedly cheated on the actress with a teammate’s wife, he’s opening up about the pending divorce … And how he's taken comfort in basketball.

Parker tells France's Le Parisien newspaper in his first interview since the split:

"The most important thing is to stay strong mentally, even if these are very difficult times. I've take refuge in basketball because that's what I've done best since my youth. You have to know how to keep things in perspective. I am, first of all, a basketball player. I've done this for so very long … For me, it's been essential to be successful on the court."

Parker also reveals his San Antonio Spurs teammates are standing by him, along with his family, and are offering their support though this difficult time.

The NBA star reveals:

"I appreciate the support of [my] teammates, coaches and San Antonio. My whole family has been around me through this."

Parker and Longoria were last photographed together at an amicable lunch in early December, but so far it looks like the divorce is still on. We're confident the Desperate Housewives star, who currently owns the title as the only woman to be ranked #1 on Maxim's Hot 100 list twice, won't be single for long.

Erin Barry is denying that she ever had an affair with Tony Parker ... after weeks of being called the woman who came between the basketball star and his wife of three years, Eva Longoria.

Barry, the ex-wife of NBA player Brent Barry, wrote the following on her website:

“I did not have an affair with Tony Parker, nor did I ‘pursue’ Tony Parker. Unfortunately, because our divorces are occurring at the same time, great speculation has been cast on our friendship. My friendship with Tony Parker had nothing to do with the end of my marriage (which is painful enough without this added drama), and to assume that we had an affair is naive, ridiculous, and completely misguided.

Every day I dedicate myself to being a good person and the best Mom that I can possibly be for my two beautiful children. I pride myself on being a Mom first, an advocate for abused children second, and a law student third. Those are the things that are of the utmost importance to me.”

Soon after reports surfaced that Parker was allegedly sexting the wife of a teammate, Sports Illustrated writer Bryan Graham tweeted the following: "Have it on good authority from entertainment sources that 'former teammate' in Tony Parker-Eva Longoria affair is Brent Barry."

Not until now has Erin Barry addressed the rumors. As for Longoria and Parker, both have filed divorce papers.

Tony Parker counterfiled for divorce from Eva Longoria on November 19 in Texas, just two days after the Desperate Housewives actress filed her own papers in Los Angeles, California.

Longoria cited "irreconcilable differences" in her court documents, and Parker essentially listed the same reason, but with a few extra details, stating, "The marriage insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."

Longoria's papers mentioned a prenuptial agreement but Parker's state, "Petitioner believes Petitioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estate." Wait, they haven't already come to an agreement?

We knew Eva was asking for spousal support, and even though she's one of the highest paid television (she makes $400,000 per episode of Desperate Housewives), it looks like she wants a piece of Parker's four-year, $50 million NBA contract, which he just signed last month.

But if the cheating rumors are true, can you blame her?

Looks like a fun YouTube moment from last year is coming back to haunt Eva Longoria and Tony Parker.

The twosome wrangled up some friends to re-create the infamous Summer Nights scene from Grease for a promotional campaign supporting the San Antonio Spurs.

Little did Eva know that Erin Barry, the woman accused of sexting the Desperate Housewives' hubby Tony Parker, shared some of the screen time. Awkward!

There's Erin portraying Rizzo while a blonde Eva plays the innocent Sandy.

At one point, "Rizzo" kicks "Sandy" down. This bit of irony could be seen as life immitating art. Watch the Greasy moment below.

Now that reports have named Erin Barry as the woman on the other end of Tony Parker's alleged texting relationship, her Hermosa Beach home is now the focus of major media attention.

Police have been patrolling the beachside home since news broke of the rumored phone affair as the impetus for Eva Longoria filing for divorce yesterday. Mrs. Barry is believed to be holed up inside the oceanfront house avoiding the press. Ironically, she and her husband Brent, a former Spurs teammate of Tony's, are also going through a divorce.

Just yesterday, Longoria told pal, and Extra host Mario Lopez, that the basketball player shared hundreds of text messages with Erin Barry.

Has the mystery been solved?

Eva Longoria filed for divorce from her hubby Tony Parker today because, according to various reports, Longoria had found hundreds of personal text messages on Parker's phone between him and the wife of a former teammate. BFF Mario Lopez confirmed this.

Then Sports Illustrated writer Bryan Graham Tweeted the following: "Have it on good authority from entertainment sources that 'former teammate' in Tony Parker-Eva Longoria affair is Brent Barry." Graham would not reveal his source, but he also wrote that "Barry and wife are going through a divorce."

Finally, Erin herself was contacted by Billy Bush about the allegations. Bush Tweeted that Erin "cried and said 'no comment.'"

Poor Eva. Lopez has said that his friend is "devastated by the rumors of Tony's infidelity." And Longoria herself Tweeted the following this afternoon: "It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other's happiness."

Guess this means the Desperate Housewives actress had good reason to leave her husband. First Tiger Woods, then Jesse James... and now Tony Parker. What Hollywood relationship is doomed next?
