Tony Parker Counterfiles For Divorce Two Days After Eva Longoria

Tony Parker counterfiled for divorce from Eva Longoria on November 19 in Texas, just two days after the Desperate Housewives actress filed her own papers in Los Angeles, California.
Longoria cited "irreconcilable differences" in her court documents, and Parker essentially listed the same reason, but with a few extra details, stating, "The marriage insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."
Longoria's papers mentioned a prenuptial agreement but Parker's state, "Petitioner believes Petitioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estate." Wait, they haven't already come to an agreement?
We knew Eva was asking for spousal support, and even though she's one of the highest paid television (she makes $400,000 per episode of Desperate Housewives), it looks like she wants a piece of Parker's four-year, $50 million NBA contract, which he just signed last month.
But if the cheating rumors are true, can you blame her?
Should be interesting to see what Eva goes after in terms of money!

Maybe Eva made his life a living nightmare..who knows..sometimes men let steam off with anotherf women. I'm very skeptical about Eva's behaviour, but why is Tony retaliating? You would think that having been caught doing the most frown-upon thing--cheating Tony would just put his tail between his legs and feel shame..but he is fighting Eva publicly...wtf??..they just asked for their discussion to remazin private but they are running a show for us to watch with popcorn! something is not right!
