Busy mom Tori Spelling has a new book, and a baby on the way!

The Beverly Hills 90210 star stopped by the Grove on Tuesday afternoon to chat with Extra's Terri Seymour about her newest book, "CelebraTORI," while showing off her growing baby bump in a bright yellow maternity dress.

Tori Tweeted from the posh West Hollywood mall, "Ready4my @TheGroveLA booking at Barnes&Noble 6pm! Dean, Mehi,Patsy, Liam,Stella,&Hattie R coming! I'm wearing vintage!"

We still can't get over the fact that Mrs. Dean McDermott got pregnant just five months after giving birth, but her hubby tells Celebuzz, "She's just super fertile."

The 38-year-old reality star is expecting her fourth child, but don't assume this means she's going to slow down. After all, she has two toddlers and a six-month-old infant and she's still working around the clock. We wonder how she does it all?! Maybe hubby Dean is on daddy duty?

The 90210 star stopped by the Today Show to chat about her new party planning book, CelebraTORI , but the discussion quickly turned to motherhood with guest host Sarah Palin. The blond bombshell even asked the former Alaska governor if she wanted more children! Just in case you were wondering, the answer is no.

Way to put the politician in the hot seat, Mrs. McDermott!

Tori Spelling is pregnant again ... and her daughter Hattie is ONLY five months old!

On her website, the former 90210 star made the following announcement:

"Dean, Liam, Stella, Hattie, and I are beyond thrilled to announce that another little McDermott is on the way! We feel truly blessed that another angel has found us. Love, Tori xoxo"

Spelling and her hubby Dean McDermott got married in May 2006. The two have documented their relationship on the reality show, Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood.

We have a feeling more reality shows are in their near future!

Tori Spelling and hubby Dean McDermott have one big, happy family -- Stella, 3; Liam, 4; and McDermott's son from a previous marriage, Jack, 13 -- all enjoyed some lunch and shopping together in Malibu, Saturday.

And just a day before, we caught up with Dean in Beverly Hills and he showed off his tattoo memorials to his kids. Awww!

Not only does she have three children, but she's got a store to run!

Tori Spelling, hubby Dean McDermott and one of their assistants were spotted working at their antique shop in Sherman Oaks yesterday, and they later tweeted, "Great day working at @InventoriLA We redid our window display. Stop by to see our new layout and some great new antiques I picked up!"

Tori gave birth to her daughter Hattie a little over three months ago, and not only is she back on her feet and handling her business, but check out those heels!

Tori Spelling was certainly in the mood for turkey this Thanksgiving, and she went as far as dressing up her six-week-old daughter Hattie as a cooked bird!

Tori Tweeted these adorable pix and under the heading "Roast Turkey Costume," she wrote:

"Ok, this one isn’t edible, but if you have a baby at home, here's a fun Thanksgiving craft project you can make for what will be very memorable holiday photos. Your older kids will love helping to make this for their baby bro or sis - Stella loved gluing the faux veggies on the faux platter."

But Tori's anticipating the backlash from her future teen, writing: "Sorry to future 18 year-old Hattie. It was too cute an idea to pass up. If it’s any solace, you wore turkey well!"

Tori Spelling announced Tuesday morning that she has given birth to a baby girl!

Spelling Tweeted:

"Our family's so happy 2 announce tht 10/10/11 R baby girl Hattie Margaret McDermott was born at 7:08am! Xoxo"

This is the third child for Spelling, 38, and hubby Dean McDermott. The baby's sex was a surprise.

The couple also have son Liam, 4, and daughter Stella, 3.

Tori announced her pregnancy in April.

Tori Spelling went casual when she and hubby Dean McDermott stopped by their kids' school in Studio City on Tuesday -- how refreshing!

The pregnant reality star/actress, 38, is due to give birth to her third child in a few weeks, so she can definitely be forgiven for not applying layers of foundation on before running errands in the late September heat. We wish more Hollywood stars would follow suit!
