If you live in Los Angeles, you know getting a parking ticket every once in a while is inevitable, whether you're famous or not. LA Parking Enforcement busted Tori Spelling the other day, but she def didn't let it put a damper on her mood!

We'd also like to point out that the mother of two is rocking a pretty hot bod! Looks like NutriSystem worked wonders for her!
