Actor and comedian Tracy Morgan went on a veritable apology tour after getting backlash for comments he made about gay people during a Nashville stand-up show earlier this month. Now, fresh off the scandal, he's under fire again.
Morgan had his first show since the incident in New York on Saturday, where he told the crowd:
- "Don't ever mess with women who have retarded kids. Them young retarded males is strong. They're strong like chimps."
Morgan then did a bit about hooking up with a women he called "a cripple" -- she had a dialysis machine and a prosthetic arm.
The Arc, a nonprofit advocacy group serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is now demanding an apology.
In case you missed it, read what Morgan said at the Nashville show that first sparked controversy after the jump.
Morgan told the Nashville crowd that gay people need to "quit being p--sies," that "God don't make mistakes" (implying that being gay is a choice), and said, "If they can take a f--king d--k up their a-- ... they can take a f--king joke."
Morgan also said, "If I had a son that was gay, I would stab him." Several audience members walked out of the show.
After organizations such as GLAAD demanded an apology, Morgan issues several statements, met with gay teens and visited Nashville again to apologize.
