The muscular 34-year-old actor is shirtless in the latest issue of GQ giving us an eyeful of his tanned and sculpted bod. As for why he stays so fit, Joe says it's all for his character. He tells the mag:

"If Alcide was described as weighing 300 pounds with a comb-over and missing his front teeth, that's what I would look like."

We're so glad Alcide's character calls for the actor to be insanely buff! Loves it.

Super sexy True Blood werewolf Joe Manganiello is engaged to his equally hot girlfriend of a year and a half, Audra Marie, his rep has confirmed to X17online.

The actor popped the question while the two were on a romantic vacation in Italy earlier this month, and no wedding date has yet been set, but this good news definitely helps offset all the recent breakup drama in Hollywood!

According to an annual survey by the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, HBO's mega hit True Blood has the most most gay characters on television.

GLAAD president Jarrett Barrios said in a statement, "The increase in lesbian, gay and bisexual characters on primetime television not only reflects the shift in American culture toward greater awareness and understanding of our community but also a new industry standard that a growing number of creators and networks are adopting. The recent critical and commercial success of shows like 'Modern Family' and 'Glee' clearly indicate that mainstream audiences embrace gay characters and want to see well-crafted stories about our lives."

ABC leads the other broadcast networks with 11 gay characters while Fox now has five. NBC was the only network that declined from last year, down to three and CBS is in last place with one gay character. HBO has the largest number of gay characters, followed by ABC Family, Showtime, Syfy, TNT, FX, Starz and Teen Nick. Across all the networks, the percentage of gay characters has rise, representing 3.9% of all TV characters. With 35 characters total, that's up 40% from last year. That's certainly something to be proud of!

There's less than a week to go to the season three finale of True Blood, but we've got a sneak peek at some of the action!

Sophie-Anne (Evan-Rachel Wood) seems to figure pretty prominently in the finale episode, but it's not just about Queens, there should be plenty of Fairies as well as Sookie continues to unravel the secret of her identity.

But looking at these photos just raises one question...

I know a TON of True Blood fans were hoping for a win for the hit HBO show but unfortunately it didn't happen for them this year.

That didn't dull the spirits of the show's real-life couple Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer who married two weeks ago in a Malibu beach ceremony.

Paquin really knows how to throw a killer look on the red carpet. And just check out the mean bodice on that dress!



And a couple celebs were present to support the True Blood stars, including Elijah Wood! How random.

Among the guests witnessing the beach-side ceremony: Michael Emerson from Lost, co-star Carrie Preston and, yes, Elijah Wood. Congrats to Anna and Stephen! Let's hope this marriage lasts, if only for the sake of the show!
