Breaking Dawn Earns $72 Million On Friday, Set To Make $140 Million For The Weekend

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 earned a whopping $72 million on Friday, and it's on track to have the second-best domestic opening of 2011. But can it beat New Moon's $142.8 million debut in 2009, giving it the highest opening of any Twilight flick to date?
Breaking Dawn earned $30.3 million in midnight screenings alone (it now holds the number two spot for highest midnight numbers ever), and studio insiders and industry experts are predicting that the film will rake in $140 million this weekend.
The film scored the third biggest opening day ever (after Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 and New Moon), so it's definitely possible! Have you seen Breaking Dawn yet? Let us know what you thought!

i am so fucking bored and over about this twilight shit.Who the hell cares every word they say or think?It is really need to publish every garbage they think or say ?They had enough publicity from summit 3 year around ,its not enough? I am so so over them and poisoned with nevrotic Kstew lol RobStew and Robsten garbage.ENOUGH!!!!!! I start go crazy when i see this mega publicity even if K stew or Rpatz have flatulence, belching, bloating and breaking wind,they become bracking news .
The books were decent if you consider they were written for teens. The movies are dreadful, the acting is terrible by the three leads. Kristen Stewart is boring on screen. I wouldn't even rent this from RedBox.

I am a Twi-fan and I was disappointed in BD1. They started with the wedding hoopla. I wanted them to start with the part where she was pumping gas in her before car like the book. They added that part where Edward claims to have killed people to make him appear tough-I hated that. They added a fight scene after Bella gives birth just to smooth over Jacob imprinting on a baby. Why add junk that was not in the book. I hated that. No way Summit should have made this two movies they could have cut the usless junk and made 1 good quality movie instead of trying to make a load of money. Twilight saga are so over hyped.
I wouldn't go see this movie even if you paid me $100,000 to see it. It's because I'm jealous, I'm a loser, I'm retarded and insecure and oh yeah, desperate. I am all those things, and this Twilight garbage still sucks!
