Bryce Dallas Howard Replaces Rachelle Lefevre In Twilight!

Bryce Dallas Howard has replaced Rachelle Lefevre in Eclipse, the third installment of the Twilight series. Lefevre played the role of Victoria in Twilight and New Moon, but Summit Entertainment says "scheduling conflicts" forced her to leave the flick.
Erik Feig, Summit's president of worldwide production and acquisitions issued the following statement: "We are incredibly happy that Bryce has agreed to come into the franchise. Rachelle brought Victoria to great screen life and Bryce will bring a new dimension to the character. The franchise is lucky to have such a talented actress as Bryce coming in to fill the role."
The film starts shooting in Vancouver in August, and it's scheduled to hit the big screen on June 30, 2010.
Was it really a scheduling conflict though? Or is it because Bryce is a bigger star? Hmm...

Bryce a bigger star? I've never heard of her before, I think Rachelle was perfect!
LeFevre is much hotter than Bryce Dallas Howard. Although she is a pretty good actress. The role of Victoria needs to be played by a hot blonde!

Bryce is the way bigger star. Daughter of Ron Howard, star of the Village and The Lady in the Water. Leferve is mainly a guest actor on several shows; certainly not close to the level of roles Howard has filmed. But she sure is pretty!
Bryce is tooo old for this show and if she isn't, she LOOKS too old!! They should have never done the recast - I guess they owed her dad a favor. Stupid Move.
