Usher's Mystery Woman Revealed!

Remember that mystery woman Usher was snapped with last week at the Sunset Marquis at 1am? You know, the one that was clearly NOT his wife, Tameka Foster?
Well, it turns out she's a 42-year-old exec at Def Jam named Grace, and when our exclusive pix popped up on the web, Usher's camp said that the lady in question was a product manager. That's kinda funny seeing as Usher isn't a Def Jam artist (he's with LaFace/Arista instead). So what sorts of products is she managing, hmm? And at 1am?
We'd looove to know!
And 42? Dayum! Who knew Ush had a thing for cougars?
