What are the paps complaining about? They could have been arrested. Seems these paps are confused about where they are at liberty and where they are not. That mall and mall parking lot is private property serving mall clientele (a.k.a. shoppers). Public property is land owned by a community or government, such as public streets, public sidewalks, government buildings, public parks, public beaches, public zoos, public libraries and such. The paps was not on the mall property as clientele (shoppers) or to serve mall clientele, so they was trespassing and could have been arrested for harassing shoppers. Furthermore, pics of people who are on private property but are in public view of people who are on public property can only be published without consent if those pics was snapped from public property.
