Pregnant Vanessa Minnillo Helps Out A Friend At LAX!

She may be due in just a few short months, but that didn't stop a very pregnant Vanessa Minnillo from helping out a friend in need!
The former beauty queen was all smiles as she dropped a pal off at LAX on Friday afternoon, which is no easy favor considering the airport is crammed with plenty of traffic 24/7!
Minnillo and hubby Nick Lachey recently revealed that their first child will be a baby boy, and the happy mamma-to-be confessed after learning the happy news: "I've always envisioned a little boy first. Maybe because when I fell in love with Nick—the man of my dreams and the father of my children—I could easily imagine falling in love with the mini-him; that's how I see it."
Congrats!
Nick and Vanessa will welcome their little bundle of joy this September.
