Now that Posh is back in LA, she's back to house hunting, as she tries to nail down the perfect Beckham place for her family before David arrives sometime this summer.
Here's the scoop on this house (and another hot prop) that Posh is considering:
This house is a 20,000 sf limestone villa on the corner of Sunset and Whittier in Beverly Hills. It has 7 bedrooms and 8 1/2 baths situated on over an acre of prime Beverly Hills Real Estate! The mansion carries the royal price tag of almost $20,000,000! (That's not even a year's salary for the newest star in the Galaxy!)
She's also looking at a 7 bedroom, 12 bathroom mansion on Calle Vista in Beverly Hills, which boasts almost 13,000 sf, on a 48,500 sf lot and carries a price tag of $15,900,00!
I don't know what's more stunning...
