Now that Posh is back in LA, she's back to house hunting, as she tries to nail down the perfect Beckham place for her family before David arrives sometime this summer.
Here's the scoop on this house (and another hot prop) that Posh is considering:
This house is a 20,000 sf limestone villa on the corner of Sunset and Whittier in Beverly Hills. It has 7 bedrooms and 8 1/2 baths situated on over an acre of prime Beverly Hills Real Estate! The mansion carries the royal price tag of almost $20,000,000! (That's not even a year's salary for the newest star in the Galaxy!)
She's also looking at a 7 bedroom, 12 bathroom mansion on Calle Vista in Beverly Hills, which boasts almost 13,000 sf, on a 48,500 sf lot and carries a price tag of $15,900,00!

if you think she has no reason to be famous you are very wrong - 1st she was in the spice girls, which even though they may have been ...not too good... were extremely popular and sold millions of albums. 2nd she is married to one of th top footballers in the world - no, not the best footballer ever, but he's very famous both in the uk, europe and especially asia, so he's very famous, she's a bit of a legend for being in the spice girls, she's definitely a style icon in the UK while remaining very down-to-earth (see youtube interviews, she really is quite nice!) so... more reason to be a celebrity than most people really. though i have to say that i don't think her outfit here is particularly stylish unfortunately.
