She doesn't have bad skin, perhaps its a bit oily but that is mainly because of the makeup she is wearing (too much of it), lol I have the same issues with large pores but there aint much you can do about them! :)

It's just large pores. They can look even more prominent when skin is oily or with certain types of makeup. It's really ignorant to think she doesn't take care of her skin...it's just genetics for some people...and a facial won't fix that. She's still beautiful.
