Is Victoria Not So Posh?

It seems the most popular Spice Girl has topped Mr. Blackwell's 48th Annual Worst-Dressed Women List. He says of Victoria Beckham: "Forget the fashion spice - wearing a skirt would suffice! In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty posh can really wreck-em."
Amy Winehouse, Mary-Kate Olsen, Jessica Simpson and Lindsay Lohan also appeared on the list. Is it just me or does it seem a tad harsh for Victoria to be number one?
Mr. Blackwell declined to put Britney Spears on the list because he felt it was "inappropriate." He added, "I hope 2008 is a better year for her."
That was very respectful of him!
