It's almost impossible to believe Victoria Beckham gave birth to baby Harper Seven a little over a month ago, because she snapped right back to her post baby bod seemingly overnight!
The former Spice Girl stepped out in a darling 60's-inspired Balenciaga shift and black Christian Louboutin platform heels in NYC, where she's showing her line at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week.
But Mrs. Beckham seems to be ignoring her doctor's orders. The fashionista reportedly slipped a disk in her back while wearing heels that were too during her pregnancy, and the doc banned her from wearing heels at New York Fashion Week.
Tread carefully VB!
Victoria will debut her Spring/Summer 2012 collection during New York Fashion Week this month.

I've noticed the heels she's been wearing all have those giant platforms. They keep her feet at a less severe angle than a regular 4" heel with no platform would. Those platforms are ugly as all get out IMHO, but no doubt she's wearing them because of her back problem.

None of those statements are true. She did not slip a disc from wearing high heels and they just released a statement not too long ago that said her back was healing quite well. Anyone who has had a baby will tell you that your back takes a beating...high heels or not. She looks fab, as always btw. Go Vics!
