I just don't understand it when I see these people in photos wearing no winter clothing in December in NYC. The boy is wearing regular warm-weather clothing of a T-shirt and shirt and his mother is wearing what looks, at best, as a "light" fall coat. I also see celebrities walking the red carpet in 40 degree weather with shoulder-baring dresses and I wonder if maybe there's some gene or something that these people have that the rest of the population don't have.
