Producers Release New Trailer For The Dilemma Without Gay Slur
Posted on Sun Oct 10, 2010 08:00 AM PDT
After Anderson Cooper publicly called out the trailer for Vince Vaughn's new film The Dilemma for using a gay slur, the studio has removed the clip and released a new trailer.
On the controversial line, GLAAD president Jarrett Barrios said, "The use of the word 'gay' in this trailer as a slur is unnecessary and does nothing more than send a message of intolerance about our community to viewers." The studio told The Hollywood Reporter on Friday, "The teaser trailer for 'The Dilemma' was not intended to cause anyone discomfort."
We're glad Anderson Cooper brought it up!

Vince needs to try something different.
They are all the same anymore. Just
dumb crap.
Entertainment has become so gay I don't even waste my money anymore.
Anderson Cooper himself should come out of the closet already.
Isn't Anderson Cooper a rich gay man?
His mother is Gloria Vanderbilt.
Is Anderson top or bottom? Who is his partner or does he play the field?
CNN is imploding with it's soooooo gay agenda.
WTH, so people can't make gay jokes anymore!?
Homosexuals stole the word gay and perverted its meaning for their own selfish purposes. Lets go back to calling them what they are: fa***ts
Oh for chrissake: calling something "gay" is not a slur. Grow up, Anderson. And while you're at it, why don't you admit the truth about your own gay self!
fags need help
Yes please, lets cater to the Gays out there, they are special you know!! I agree with 11:35, Gay means happy, in the dictionary anyways. What about the old movies, they were happy and gay....
Pathetic. I will not spend my money on this because the Studio caved into pressure from the Velvet Mafia. Especially when the pressure comes from a queer that loves being tea-bagged! Again, pathetic.
Hmmm. I'll stick my tongue in another man's anal cavity, because I love the taste of feces, but I don't think it's right for Vince Vaughn to call an electric car "gay" in a film.
The pink hand strikes again.
SoooooooooooooooooooooGAY.
