Erin Andrews - who'll star on the latest season of Dancing With the Stars - was videotaped naked (without her knowledge) in various hotel rooms via a peephole by 49-year-old Michael David Barrett.

Today a Los Angeles federal judge sentenced the Chicago businessman to 30 months in prison for secretly shooting the video and posting it on the Internet.

Barrett pleaded guilty to stalking charges in December.

Andrews told the court back then: "He stalked me in a calculated way. I've been humiliated. I've been embarrassed and my career as been ripped apart."

Think Barrett's sentence should've been stronger?

The time has come to rally! Those poor out-of-towners visiting La La Land hoping to snap a pic of the famous Hollywood sign...

Cahuenga Park is for sale - with an asking price of $11.7 mil - and the San Francisco-based Trust for Public Land only has until April 14th to raise the remaining $5.5 mil needed to save the day. Otherwise, the area will be bombarded with big new houses obscuring the view of the sign AND blocking trails.

Boo to this! Hopefully preservationists (who cloaked the 45-foot letters with "Save The Peak") will win out against the developers. The sign needs to stay!

Lisa Vanderpump, star of upcoming The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, wife of Villa Blanca owner Kenneth Todd and neighbor of Charlie Sheen found her Bentley parked at the bottom of a ravine near her home yesterday.

Vanderpump, whose car was found near Sheen's, says that unlike his situation, her keys were not in the car, which was last seen parked in her driveway. Sounds like an epidemic!

She also says they have surveilance footage. Can't wait for that to be released!

Balloon boy's parents, Mayumi and Richard Heene, have both plead guilty to charges against them in the hoax the fame hungry family pulled on the entire nation.

Mayumi Heene is pleading guilty to false reporting to authorities, a misdemeanor, while her husband Richard Heene is pleading guilty to attempting to influence a public servant, a felony, says their lawyer David Lane in a statement.

Prosecutors have allowed the pair to both serve probation sentences.

No, Dre's not talking politics, he was responding to a question about how he feels about Rush possibly buying the Rams!

Although we don't disagree with his sentiments, sounds like the Dr. needs a prescription for soap to wash his mouth out!

The Heene family has released a home video of the Balloon's lift off in an effort to do damage control after Falcon told Larry King, "We did this for the show.'"

In the vid, shot by one of their older sons, Richard Heene counts down to launch, then freaks out when his wife lets go of the tether of the balloon before she was supposed to. He seems genuinely upset at her for releasing before she was supposed to, but it doesn't seem as if they realize that their son was in the balloon at the time it starts to float away.

So is this genuine? Or just "for the show," as Falcon said?

The idea that Falcon Heene's family perpetuated a hoax in which the entire country believed the boy was stuck in a hot air balloon isn't the most nauseating thing to come out about this story -- this morning during a grueling round of interviews, the poor boy vomited live on camera!

On Larry King, Falcon's father asked him whether or not he could hear his parents calling for him when they thought he had been carried away in the balloon (but he was really hidden away in the attic), and the boy responded, "You guys said 'We did this for the show.'"

That temporarily silenced his father, who, after a second just said, "Man," while his mom said "no."

Then, on the Today Show, poor little Falcon looked sick and green during the entire interview...before he puked live on camera! While the boy had his head in a bowl, his father just continued answering questions from Meredith Viera:
