Who knew former Presidential hopeful John Kerry was such a fan of John Marshall? After all, when we spotted him in St. Tropez, the Senator was rebuilding the Mediterranean paradise's economy - one store at a time! We spotted the Democratic bigwig doing a little shopping while on vacation during the Senate's August recess. Hopefully John doesn't get too relaxed, though - after all, the country's problems will be right here waiting for him when he returns!
Back when he was running for President, John may have developed a reputation for being something of a wet blanket - but in St. Tropez, the only wet blankets are the ones left on the beach after the tide's come in!
