Janet Jackson On Whitney Houston's Death: "Immediately I Started Shaking"
Posted on Tue Feb 14, 2012 11:55 AM PDT
Janet Jackson is opening up about the death of friend Whitney Houston on Anderson Cooper's talk show. The "Rhythm Nation" singer and Houston became close back in the early 80s when both were major forces in the music industry.
Jackson reflected on learning of Houston's death. She tells Anderson:
- "I couldn’t believe it. Immediately I started shaking. I was trying to text everyone that I knew to let them know and I was speechless. I could not believe it. I was home, here. I just so happened to be watching TV and I saw this newsflash and I still can't believe it when I hear them paying tribute to her on the radio, it's still such a shock to me. I don't want to believe it."
Michael Jackson's sister also talked about giving advice to Whitney and Bobby Brown's daughter Bobbi Kristina. Hear what she has to say in the following video:

That is so ridiculos, when somebody dies then everybody is oh so shocked and sad, but they never ever thought or cared about that person while she/he was still alive.
I bet Janet was shaking.
What a publicity opportunity!
Oh yes, gotta keep that gravey train stoked and rolling.
What a discusting bunch of grifters.
They really are a sick and shameless lot. Here's a thought...maybe Katherine and Joe should open a museum at Neverland. They could show all the stuff that was found in Michaels bedroom closet. They could display the drawings and charcoals of nude children that were found. Or all the pairs of little boys undrewear that were discovered in the back; or how about the life size & anatomically correct Cub-Scout doll he had stored there. As a bonus, every adult patron could get a replica leather belt that Joe use to use on his brood to 'whip them into shape'.
And addicted, self-abusing like your brother you knew all these years Whitney needed medical help and spiritual support, but you just let her slide deeper into the deadly abyss and kept her fatalistic secrets..
I thought that was a nice interview. I've always liked Janet Jackson and, like Janet, Anderson knows what it's like to lose a brother.
I don't think Anderson Cooper's brother was a pedophile.
does anyone really care what Janet Jackson feels about the passing of Whitney? really? Janet please go back into the fat closet you brought your nasty ass out of, you are nobody and no-one cares about anything you have to say

Technically, she's not a nobody but a has-been; but I won't argue with you that she's irrelevant. I guess Brian Boitano was unavailable.
Whitney was such an iconic singer. I respect the late singer and my prayers go for her daughter and her entire family. May W.H. R.I.P.
