But she didn't celebrate in the city where she's shooting The City, rather opting to have a b-day dinner with friends (and b/f Jay) at El Compadre in Los Angeles.
I dunno if Whitney Port has actually turned into Carrie Bradshaw yet, but I really do love her cute and casual sense of style. Her coat, her shoes, her accessories... it's all workin' for me!
