Carrie Underwood apologizes to Jessica Simpson in the December issue of Elle, saying she never meant to upset her when she "mentioned in passing" that her ex (and Jessica's current bfriend) Tony Romo still calls her:
- "I might be mad too if somebody said my boyfriend was calling some other girl," she said. "So I can definitely see where she would be coming from."
To put Simpson's mind at rest, she says she hasn't spoke to Tony since "like, May."
