NBC Forces The Playboy Club Actors To Sign Contract With Nudity Clause

NBC is going with the retro vibe in their upcoming pilot The Playboy Club, but the peacock network will possibilty shoot "graphic scenes" during taping.
Actress Amber Heard, as well as her co-stars, were forced to sign a nudity clause in their contracts. A move like this is "virtually unheard of in broadcast," according to Variety.
The network clarifies the nudity will not be seen on the air during primetime, however they're reserving the right to include the "graphic scenes" in DVD versions of the series.
