Zac Efron Gets Trapped In An Elevator For The New Stand Up To Cancer PSA

Zac Efron (along with his girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens, Dakota Fanning and Kristen Bell, among others) appear in Stand Up to Cancer's new "Change the Odds" PSA, which delivers some alarming statistics. In the United States, one in two men and one in three women will battle with cancer, but after watching this video, we have some hope that we can change those numbers!
Stand Up To Cancer's upcoming television fundraising event will be cast live on September 10 on ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, HBO, Discovery, MLB Network, VH1, HBO Latino, Showtime, E!, The Style Network, G4, and TV One.
We'll be watching!

This is probably Efron's worst nightmare, now if it were an elevator of boys...hmm. This isn't even about him though. This is a great cause plus Vanessa looks beautiful as always.
Wow, his team is working as hard as Tom Cruise to sell the STRAIGHT, heart throb image. Me thinks they doth protest too much.
Wow, this is just a charity promo with a light tone, but Dakota still gives a bone-chilling performance. She delivered those lines brilliantly!
