We spotted Zac Efron visiting the Mattel Children's Hospital in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon, and the actor spent time with the young patients and helped deliver gifts. We love it when celebs use their fame for a good cause, and we're sure the kids were delighted to hang out with the High School Musical hottie!
