Not pregnant -YET. When the conservatorship ends early (May/June) as I expect it to she'll get pregs again. God only knows who'll sperminate her the next time.

It's a monitoring device. She can hide it more easily on her wrist (it's obvious on the ankle of a dancer/country girl) so the court allows her to wear it there. This is also why her nails are chewed down -- she's gradually chewing her hand off to get the bracelet off and thus escape daddy. As for the purpose of the meeting? Well, that was to discuss how much he will be paid to say he's the daddy of the Britney is/is not carrying. An official announcement will be made depending on whether Mel took the bribe or not.
