Why Is Paris Always Getting Into Trouble?

Why the heck does Paris Hilton continue to get into trouble? What makes her think she can still get away with her bad behavior even after she got caught years ago and even served time in jail?
There are a few reasons Paris continues to get into trouble.
1. Intelligence - or lack thereof. Without ever having met Paris it’s hard for me to comment too extensively on her intelligence but one can safely surmise that perhaps it’s lacking. Seriously, having just a modicum of intelligence would be enough to prevent someone from being so carefree when it comes to drugs…but not Paris.
2. Her super-rich and grand celebrity status likely comes into play as she feels she is immune from, and even above the law. People have always been there to cover her butt and rescue her – a product of the riches and sense of entitlement. There doesn’t seem to be any sign of the rich enablers leaving her.
3. Just as she finds a way to get into trouble, she finds a way out with just minor consequences. Not until they are more severe will behavior begin to change.
4. There’s a biological factor. Drugs target the reward system in the brain, flooding it with Dopamine, a neurotransmitter that controls emotion, motivation, and pleasure among other things. This produces a euphoric effect and sets up a system that in essence teaches the user to seek more and more.
Will this last run-in with the law be the last for Paris? Unlikely ...

No statements have been made by anyone except her lawyer.
Paris Hilton does not lack intelligence.
Neither does she think she is above the law.
How would the writer know what another person is thinking????
.8 gram is a very small amount.
Therefore it is quite possible she did not see it.
She probably did not know it was there or she would never have opened her purse.
Paris was interviewed by a TV station right before the incident.
She was NOT high and behaved appropriately.
She has ADAH, so is not a detail person.
That does not make stupid, she sees the big picture well enough.
But little details, like examining what is in a purse, probably escape her.
I feel bad for her.
The amount of coke is small and who knows it if really belonged to her. Maybe it was wedged somewhere in the purse.
Couldn't agree more. She did get away with it so many times before so why shouldn't she get away with it again? What was that whole circus about last time she went into jail (for a moment), she loved every minute of all the attention. We get more punishment for speeding than she does for being a druggie. I think we should ban her completely from the media, ignore her and that will be the biggest punishment she can everrrrr get.
Exactly right, she knows exactly what she is doing. "I thought it was chewing gum'....yeah ok, and I think the world is still flat......get real girl and start taking some responsibility.

Is it the same lack of attention that makes her forget her underwear and then lift her dress? She has been a druggie for years and it's time she got knocked down a peg to where she belongs, on the celebutard irrelevant shelf!
The worse part is she tried to pass herself off a classy businesswoman when all along she was just 'a total, raging, disgusting, rich, lazy party slut.'

the first several posts are clearly from the same idiot...while i agree that in Paris's world .8 of a gram is probably sweet f-all...coke is coke and she bloody well knew it was there...she was probably on her way to re-load. I hope she burns for this the same way I or my neighbour or any other Jo would who got caught...if she gets off its a clear case of a multi-tiered justice system
The rich feels superior and need to fly above --higher than all others therefore, the cocaine. It is hard to find a good role model for kids to emulate.
If she is intelligent, then she must be exhausted, because she puts alot of effort into portraying just the opposite. Paris is a spoiled brat that she should have been made to go to College, or get a job. She will always have problems, and I don't think that she will ever grow up.
The Doc is SPOT ON! She's no different than any other 'celebrity' dating back to the dawn of the silver screen. The rich&famous (for whatever reason these days) have always gotten off lighter than us lowly regular Joes. Which is too bad, I guess we should bring up the River Phoenix's in Tinsel Town more often to them, show them how it really goes downhill fast.
Oh! They should be shown all those drug Scared Straight series...what the 40 year old woman looks like after years of meth/coke/etc....scary!

Paris needs Alpert. If Lindsey and Paris had called the shrink maybe they wouldn't have all these problems. One of my friends knows someone who saw him in New York and she said he is no BS and doesn't sugar coat. he's probably just what the celebrities need. Someone give their publicists his contact. Save Hollywood!
What is trouble? Well, ok, but, in that the opportunity for non-troubling trouble is in this instance, is it fair to say it may be that sometimes, with her? No? Does it become seperate within that capacity?. Then there is a why and I think with her the differentiation between these layers is brought about by the company being kept. Normally, in these instances right?

I feel that she is giving the Hiltons a bad name and for people hating the rich your only making them richer by taking about them.My grandmother sad if there people talking about you then you most be doing something right. So if you want them to go broke then stop coping there style and find your own style.

Paris is a self-proclaimed super star. Articles like this and footage of her screwing up only increase her popularity. Either way, she's making herself be known to the world for doing absolutely NOTHING. I think she is smarter than we all think she is. Her "empire" that she has "built" (in addition to using her family name) nearly quadrupled when she had her sex tape. She is above the law. Until the judges and police officers grab their nuts and give her the penalties she DESERVES, she will get away every. Single. Time. We will NEVER be able to get away what she has done and not do more than afew weeks in jailtime. There are people in jail for possession of pot who spend more time in jail than she did. And she had COCAINE. She is a force to be reckoned with. I can't wait to see how far she pushes the envelope. Should be a good show.
Isn't there any real news to report?? Paris Hilton is famous for what? Nothing. She's getting way too much attention for what she's worth. And that's nothing. She's a real twit with no education and no sex-appeal. She gets in trouble with the law and thinks she can get away just because she has money (from her great grandfather). Big deal. She has worn out her public welcome. Move on with someone worth talking about.
It amazes me that we are still watching and/or caring about this waste of space. I have yet to discover one iota of contribution she has made to society on even the most meager scale. I "report" on Hollywood weekly in Phoenix, and I simply skip Paris as much as possible, which actually, is a lot. There are a lot of "skips" in my coverage.
blah blah blah blah.. im tired on her acts and attitude. She needs to go psychaitric house to check whether she is okay or not. She is giving a bad scar to her family. When she will realize that she is not the only one human who is rich but giving respect to their selves. I dont know really, what's on her mind. All what she dont to her self is a crap!
