GarrisonReleased200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Actor Lane Garrison has been released from prison.

The former "Prison Break" star was released early Wednesday morning from The California Correctional Institute in Tehachapi, Calif.

The 28-year-old pleaded guilty in 2007 to vehicular manslaughter charges following a crash that killed a 17-year-old Beverly Hills High School student and injured another.

Garrison had cocaine in his system and his blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit at the time of the crash.

The actor is expected to check into an in-patient rehabilitation center to shorten the length of his parole.

I guess stars don't have to break out of prison--they will get every break the system can allow. He should be in for at least ten more years.
