Since this idiot wants more than 15 minutes of fame, I wouldn't waste my time turning on my 42 inches tv. Wait some other idiot will have 9 babies next. These sick people are always trying to outdo each other. These reality shows are getting sleazy and more and more in poor taste. The babysitters are really taking care of this poor children and we the tax payers are paying for this sick witch!!!

Nadya is a sick woman. She spends her money on manincures, pedicures and has babies anytime she wants while accepting money from the government. There are many people more deserving then her who would love the opportunity to receive help. You would think that someone would realise what she is doing with "our" support checks she recieves every month. I think that if you are on anykind of government aide you should have to forfeit the right to the luxuries that others partake in that arent on Gov't aide.. ie manicures, pedicures, frivolous shoping. As well as have the gov't govern what you can and cant spend that money on, it should be used to support the family not buying frivolous things. I also think that there should be a stipulation that u have to actively be looking for work and only allowed to go so long (4 months) before you are kicked off and have to go through the whole process over again. my husband and i work 3 full-time jobs just to support our family and barely make it each month, its a shame that people like us can barely make ends meet when people out there like Nadya feel like they dont have to work to support the family that they choose to make. I dont care if they have to go flip burgers at McDonald's at least they are trying to support their family.

The Duggar family had the kids over along period of time, so the older ones help the younger ones. No one person can take care of 14 kids under the age of 8, with 8 of them newborns. I too think this was all about the money as it seems she is always out gallivanting around without her kids.

She also looks remarkably rested for a mother of 8 preemies.

I totally disrespect her and won't be watching that show but you've got to admit, the kids need help and at least it won't be on the taxpayers' dime.

I initally thought like alot of you, that she was some crazy lady with too many kids. But after looking into it I think that she is just getting a bad rap. And I am sure that most of you women out there would do alot of the same things given the opportunity.

Nadia Suleman's documentary of the first 18 years of her octuplets life would be fine if she were personally video taping their developemental milestones for her private use. Since she has decided she will profit from this endeavor, it reeks of exploitation and sensationalism.

What is most sad about this is that those innocent children do not have a choice in the matter. They will grow up with camera's stuck in their faces every day of their lives and have a skewed sense of reality. By the time they reach 18 and the camera's are finally turned off, they will not know how to cope in the real world as anonymous, ordinary citizens.

Shame on Nadia for preparing to thrust her children into a celebrity existance, when what they really need is a father and to grow up normal and well adjusted.

Sympathy was on her side until it was discovered she had four other children, also conceived through artificial insemination, living in cramped quarters at her soon-to-be foreclosed-on mother's house.

She admitted in interviews to being unemployed, living off disability from a back injury years ago and also that two of her older children are disabled and receiving SSI benefits. She has denied receiving public assistance, but admitted her older children received Medicaid.

She has had no less than three public relations firms since the births in January. Two of those firms had tentative contracts for a reality series in negotiation when they abruptly quit her due to death threats. Nadia accepted, then fired a free nanny service citing the nannies were reporting her to Children Services.

She sold her story to a morning show with Ann Curry, the Dr Phil Show, Entertainment Tonight and Extra. She's now in negotiations to star in what she terms, a documentary of the children's first 18 years while she's looking for love.

Nadia has brought the harsh critizism on herself. She appears more interested in being able to make a career out of being infamous and making as much money as she possibly can off the backs of children who cannot fathom what's in store for them. She has no intention of ever having to work again and with a guaranteed income from this series for at least eighteen years, she has even less incentive to go to college and earn a degree.

Do not be concerned for the children's welfare or finances, both are being overseen by the state of California. The Coogan Act ensures money earned by celebrity minors under age 18, is set aside in trusts with a batallion of attorneys guarding it to make sure mom doesn't dip into it at will.

Do not be concerned that she should stay home with her children because life is hard for her now. Nadia chose to make her life this way, she knowingly opened her life up to public scrutiny for the sake of the almighty dollar.

I saw her recently in the LA area and
she was with her children. She was very nice and friendly, when I spoke to her. No I am not famous. I am just like all of you posting on here. To all the people that claim she should have her children taken away. Maybe you people shouldn't have children yourself? Just something to think about. The "donor" was a friend of hers(have him pay child support)The doctor is most quilty in all this. She received over $100,000 compensation for work related back injury and spent it on in vetro. How do you carry 8 kids for 9 months pregnancy with a bad back? Better yet, WHY? If you can't support 14 children, then don't have them. These were not accidental pregnancies.
