LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Angelina Jolie is the most powerful celebrity in Hollywood according to the people at Forbes magazine.
The Oscar winning actress and mother of 6 beat out other celebs including Oprah, Tom Cruise and Madonna for the top spot on Forbes Celebrity 100.
Oprah Winfrey, who earned an estimated $275 million dollars last year, came in second place followed by Madonna, Beyonce, and Tiger Woods.
"Twilight" author Stephenie Meyer made the list for the first time at number 26.
Forbes says the rankings are based on earnings and the amount of press coverage the celebrity recieves.

She wouldn't be #1 if the media would leave her alone. The thing I like about her is she doesn't whine about how hard it is to be a mother of six. Those actresses who whine about having 1 or 2 kids and how difficult it is to balance should try getting rid of the nannies, butlers, housecleaners, and then give me their money, then they do what I do and really raise their kids without all of those things. Then they would really whine. At least she has the resources to take care of six kids, unlike some women who have kids to get their welfare check and then don't take good care of their kids.
I love Angie!! I would rather see more press of her than fat old, tired mouthpiece O. As far as staying home with her children? I have never heard of her driving with her child on her lap, flashing her vagina to anyone who will look, or being a complete idiot in public. She's a class act that more hollywood moms/celebrities should follow.

I can't imagine how any mother can stay away from their kids longer than your typical 8 hour work day, let alone press conferences, photo shoots, interviews, galas, etc. How could they let nannies raise their kids? They do it b/c they are selfish. I'm not saying give it up but take time off or other stuff to raise your kids. The kids suffer in the end regardless of the loot. It is a selfish profession to be a celebrity and they are all fake and the worst in JLo. Phoney, phoney, phoney.
