LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Michael Jackson's body was a "virtual skeleton" and his hips, thighs and shoulders were covered with needle wounds, believed to be the result of narcotic injections, The Sun reports.
The British newspaper reports that leaked autopsy details reveal Jackson's stomach was empty except for partially digested pills which were removed for toxicology tests.
Jackson had reportedly also lost all of his hair and was wearing a wig when he died.
The report also revealed that Jackson had various scars from numerous plastic surgeries. The bridge of his nose was missing and the right side of his nose was collapsed.
Several of Jackson's ribs were broken, apparently by chest compressions made during the attempt to save his life. There were also four injection sites near his heart where doctors had attempted to pump adrenalin directly into the organ.
Results of the initial autopsy performed by the Los Angeles County Coroner were "deferred" until toxicology reports come back. The Jackson family has reportedly asked for a second autopsy to be done by a private firm.

Exactly what I imagined it would be. Another famous rich star addicted to all kinds of narcotics! Poor, lonely Michael! Here are a few of my thoughts: I think his kids will be given into his mom's custody, his Neverland ranch will be rebuilt and his body will be burried there, I think a movie and books about MK will be made/written the latest next year, I think the doctor, Murray Conrad is a suspect and he shuld be arrested ( I don't buy his story - prepared by his lawyers; why did he run??), and it will probably be a long process, I think MK will make a fortune post-mortem, I think after Katherine will die Janet will take the kids, but never his Deb R., and I think I will never get over his death. I never believed he molested any kid - he was a lonely kid himself, abused by his father's spartanic education. MK loved kids. RIP, Michael Jackson!

I believe MK was a good person. Always being in the public eye and under scrutiny from the time he was a child takes a toll, and it did on him. He was in so much pain, mentally and physically. He acted like a child in many ways, but I think he was trying to live the childhood he never had. He truly was the greatest entertainer of all time. No one could sing and dance like him! He will be missed.
He was a nut case! Don't wish this on anyone but, he was a 50 year old man that fell victim to his own life style. Under developed maturity killed him. That and a doctor that pumped him up with anything he wanted.
I lost a part of my childhood when I heard about Michael Jackson. He is and will always be the King of Pop!!!! RIP Michael Jackson! We love you!
King of Pop? More like King of Clown! Folks, all along he was just playing to the fools who listened to his tunes, taking the $$ while hiding behind a masked face, molesting kids for deviant sex acts, and spending big $$ on a lifestyle and drugs he couldn't afford. This loser died in debt - easy way not to pay back your creditors!
